[You can pay in full but, at least half must be paid.]Please provide a high-quality reference photo of your character! Also, provide references for pose(s) you want the character(s) in.
[Pinterest mood boards / image collages are acceptable, using another person's original character (that is not part of licensed published media) without consent is unacceptable.]I don't work on deadlines
[If you plan on commissioning me for a special event, consider doing so weeks or months in advance. Please be patient, my commission wait times will vary based on my health (mental & physical), complexity, my life situation etc…]Abusive commissioners will not be tolerated!
[abuse / poor behavior includes but is not limited to: gaslighting, bullying, guilt-tripping, harassment, unwanted sexual or romantic remarks/advances, hate posting/commenting, etc… You will be warned if I think your behavior is out of line. If you continue, I will CANCEL your commission! You will NOT receive a refund, and will be BANNED from commissioning me!]I refuse to work with bigots and extremists!
[I have the right to refuse any commissioner my services who I deem to be a bigot, extremist, or otherwise malicious individual.]My commissions are not for commercial use at this time!Do not take credit for my work! If you are going to post the commission credit me properly.
[This can Include adding: my @ / social handle, requesting a watermarked version to post, linking my account, tagging me, crediting me in post descriptions etc...
"credits to the artist" is NOT a valid form of credit!! You will be BANNED from commissioning me if you do this.]My work under no circumstance is to be used in the training of AI programs. I do not consent to my work being input into these algorithms! Violating this will result in being BANNED from further commissions!
Refund Policy
__ All Commissions are only fully-refundable before work has been done!__
[I do not issue full refunds after sketching has started unless it has just started. Sketches with significant progress will be charged the price of a sketch commission.]Sketch Commissions are not refundable after I start work on them!
[Fixes and additions can be requested but, they are non-refundable. You will be informed when I am about to start work on your commission to verify your choice.]Full-Color Commissions are only partially refundable through the sketching phase!
[If you decide to not continue with the commission, you will be refunded money for work I have yet to complete. You will only be charged the cost for a sketch commission of equal value if the sketch has been completed or mostly completed.]If I am unable to finish a commission for whatever personal reason, you will be refunded fully and receive the work I have done so far!Abusive commissioners who have their commissions CANCELED will NOT receive refunds and are BANNED from commissioning me further. See “Terms of Service” for details.Individuals who violate the “Revisions Policy” and have commissions CANCELED will be refunded for work I have not completed. See the “Revisions Policy” section for details.Again, abusive commissioners who have their commissions canceled will NOT receive refunds. Commissioners who violate the "Revisions Policy" WILL receive partial refunds for work not completed.
Revisions Policy
Only minor revisions can be made after the sketching phase. All revisions must be done as soon as possible!Repeated major changes to a commission after the sketching phase is finished and further work is being done, can result in your commission being CANCELED. If this occurs, I will no longer work on your commission, you will only be refunded for work I have not completed!Refunds are calculated based on how much work has been completed per phase of the art process. If a lot of work is already done for a phase, a refund will not be issued. If the work has only been started, a refund will be issued.refund policy does not apply to abusive commissioners!

Items marked 'ask' I may/may not draw depending on experience.I may choose not to draw subject matter with specific context. Context matters, I take this into account when accepting commissions as I sometimes work with historical material and other sensitive subjects.
Updates & Receiving Your Commission
Updates will be provided throughout the commission process. Updates will be lower resolution, watermarked, or signed copies of artwork.Once your commission is finished it will be posted as a watermarked copy! (If applicable)After a commission has been posted, and full payment has been received, you will be sent a unmarked high-resolution copy.
[You can request a version with my social handle / watermark to post to credit me.]All finished commissions are sent by email as high-quality PNG files (300 DPI). You can request JPEG/compressed files.If you do not want a commission posted, you will be sent a watermarked copy of the finished commission. Once I receive full payment you will be sent a unmarked copy.
When you purchase a commission you agree to these Terms of Service.It is your job as a commissioner to read through the Terms of Service (TOS). I will not be held responsible for commissioners who do not read the Terms of Service before commissioning me.Thank you for your interest in commissioning me.
